Especially one made with cheddar powder...

SAVORY SNACK MIX
3 c. unsalted popped popcorn
3 c. Kix cereal
1 c. salted peanuts
1 c. thin pretzel sticks
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix popcorn, cereal, peanuts and pretzel sticks in ungreased rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2 inches). Heat butter over low heat until melted, remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture. Mix well until well coated. Bake 15 minutes, stirring twice. Turn into heat-proof bowl, cool. Store loosely covered. Makes about 9 cups snack.
SNACK MIX
5 c. cereal (such as Kix, etc)
1 c. salted Spanish peanuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. banana chips (optional)
1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla regular (not instant) pudding and pie filling
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter
Butter cookie sheet, then mix cereal, nuts, raisins, and banana chips in large bowl. Mix pudding filling (dry) and honey in small saucepan, heat to boiling over low heat stirring constantly. Reduce heat, boil and stir 1 minute. Remove and stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal mixture and toss until evenly coated. Spread in cookie sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Break into bite-size pieces. Yields about 10 cups of snack.
CINNAMON SNACK MIX
3 c. apple cinnamon cereal
2 c. pecan halves
1 c. whole almonds
1 c. chow mein noodles
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine first four ingredients and spread on greased cookie sheet. In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over dry ingredients, stirring to coat well. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, stirring frequently to break apart. Pour onto waxed paper to cool. Yield: 8 1/2 cups snack mix.
