Question:

I don't know how to make good sandwiches?

i need some good food recipes for simple sandwiches because im really bad at making them. make sure its simple.
name some good sauces and stuff that goes good with these meats: turkey breast, ham, roast beaf, salami, and bologna.

Answers:
It depends on your tastes.

I like to make healthy stuff.

Flax seed bread or whole wheat bread,
soy mayonnaise on one side only,
organic turkey breast (regular, not smoked)
slices of white onion,
slices of avocado....
pile the ingredients high!

Flax seed bread or whole wheat bread,
pile on a thick bed of baby spinach,
take a can of salmon, drain it, mix it with some ranch salad dressing...it's very healthy!

If you want to eat bologna, then you should fry it up and eat it on white bread with a bit of mustard.

Roast beef is good with mustard as well, although I prefer dijon mustard.

Most sandwiches, you can substitute the mayonnaise with a creamy salad dressing of your choice for more flavour.

I use tortilla wraps and put in chicken fingers and romaine lettuce and some caesar or peppercorn ranch dressing.

EDIT***:
For a hot sandwich you could always toast some white bread, put a slice of salami on top, crumble some feta cheese, sprinle some oregano, throw on a bit of sundried tomato, or you could put a very thin slice of fresh tomato, and drizzle it with extra virgin olive oil. This tastes better on crusty bread, like sliced off a stick of french bread, topped with the above ingredients and then toasted in a toaster oven.....use only one piece of bread, not two slices.

Sandwiches like all simple foods should focus on high quality ingredients. A good quality bread, good meat and cheese, fresh crisp lettuce, tomato, onion. The condiments really are your taste - once again quality will pay off with good taste. For an exotic spread try mixing a little curry powder in mayo then spreading in on a turkey sandwich.

The simplest sandwiches are the best. The key to any sandwich is the freshest ingredients. Use butter not margarine and make sure it is always spread thinly right up to the edge of the bread to keep the fillings moist. Be generous with your fillings. Always season your sandwiches with salt and pepper.

My families favourites:

The classic BLT. White bread, crisply fried back bacon, thinly shredded cos/iceberg lettuce and sliced tomato. Spread the buttered bread with a thin layer of mayonnaise and a touch of wholegrain mustard. Fry the bacon. Pile on the lettuce and tomato. Place bacon on top and enjoy.

Simple Prawn Cocktail. In a bowl mix 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, good squirt of tomato ketchup, good squeeze of lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Shred iceberg lettuce, pile onto chunks of French bread. Put cooked peeled prawns into sauce. Mix to coat then pile onto bread. Serve with sliced lemon.

Roast Chicken and Cranberry Sauce on wholegrain bread.
Be generous when you butter the bread. Warm roast chicken and lashings of cranberry sauce. Simple but fab.

A bit more complex but still easy:
Coronation chicken. Melt knob of butter in the microwave. Add curry spice 4 teaspoons but to taste. Heat until butter sizzles. Put 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise in a clean bowl add a dash of tomato ketchup, beat in spice mix then add a squeeze of lemon and a few sultanas or raisins. Add cooked chicken, cover with film and put in fridge. Pile onto slices of Nan Bread or sliced bread.

I prefer to use mustards and vinaigrettes on my sandwiches as well as my salads. One thing I'll always have in my fridge is a bottle of Dijonaise. Other than that lots of fresh veggies and whole grain breads to try and keep with the healthy

i like turkey breast bacon mayo american cheese on toast!

Toasted bread (white or wheat, whatever), Munster cheese, smoked turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, pickle (although the acidity sometimes doesn't cooperate with this next ingredient), lots of avocado and mayo! My fool proof sandwich, and if you like tuna toast your bread and put Munster cheese on top followed by tuna and pickles, sounded weird to me at first but sometimes it's all I eat!
