Answers:
I like recipes that are really fast to make - one of my faves is a rice noodle salad.

Get some meat and grill it and slice it thinly (use whatever you like, I either use chicken or pork or prawns).

Get 2 carrots and with a peeler make thin slivers.

Slice 2 cucumbers into strips

Soak some rice vermicelli noodles in boiling water. When they are soft (after a couple of minutes) strain them and mix with the meat, carrot, cucumber.

Mix through some lemon juice, sweet chili sauce, shredded mint and crushed peanuts. Make a dressing by mixing peanut butter with sweet chili sauce and a bit of warm water and drizzle on top.

Too easy and pretty yum. The recipe is not too exact, but I made it up so I just chuck things in to taste.

hmm if u like burgers? take the meat and place it into a bowl and put in some salt pepper garlic powder and wishtashire sauce and mix it all up the make patties and fry them on each side DO NOT PRESS DOWN ON THEM!!!! once they have cooked on both sides put em in a 375deg oven for about 20 mins to cook the inside then removed and top with ur fave cheese and put back in for about 5 mins or until cheese melts i perfer pepperjack!

Its simple, your dad and man will love it cause its meat and your mum will like it cause its different.

Bearnaise butter steaks

Ingredients:
500g butter, softened
2 shallot, finely chopped
4 tsp white wine vinegar
small handful tarragon or chives, roughly chopped
4 sirloin steaks, brushed with a little oil and seasoned
4 handfuls mixed salad leaves, to serve

Method:
Mash butter, shallot, vinegar and tarragon together. Roll into a sausage, wrap in plastic food wrap and freeze until firm.

Sear steaks for 2 minutes on each side for rare (3 for medium), cover and rest for 2 minutes.

Top each steak with a slice of the herbed butter. (Freeze remaining butter to use later). Serve with salad greens.
