Instant recipies required?!

Question:

Instant recipies required?

I am looking for Fast-cooking gravy recipies which I can store for a day/two in the fridge. These must have a nutrition value and must have less oil. I do not get more than 1 hour in the kitchen but have to cook lunch & dinner. So, am looking for some curry/gravy recipies which I can half-cook and keep in fridge and use it at thetime of making meals. Recipies can be using garlic/ginger/onion/tomatoe......
