Answers:
If using the baguette as a baguette go for a Greek filling with Feta cheese, Delicious.

Or, cut baguette in slices. Rub in some Garlic and put in oven until going a bit crisp so you make a bruschetta, then poor Olive oil over it with Feta cheese and olives and/or tomatoes. Gorgeous.

tuna, mayo,sweetcorn....then put some grated cheese on the top and put it under the grill for a min to melt the cheese.......lovely.........xx...

Honey roast ham, philadelphia, sliced tomatoes, chilli relish, grated cheddar, black pepper under a hot grill. LUSH!!!!!

slice bread in half then wedges. cut pieces of brie cheese for each wedge top with slice of baby vine ripened tomato ( my fav. is nature sweet in the red mesh bag) put in toaster oven on toast setting for about three minutes and then top with a piece of fresh basil. YUM!

You can make a long garlic bread:
Peal and cut your garlic in small peices.
Make sure there's lots of garlic!
Then, slice bread on the long side so you can open it like a book.

Spread either butter or sunflower oil and then spread the garlic pieces

Stick in your oven for a little while and there you go

Take the Baguette Slice length ways take out the middle of one half and stuff with your favorite filling like Grated Cheese and smoked ham with fine diced onion .then put both back together smear with a little garlic or herb butter wrap in foil and pop in a hot oven for 10 minutes Yummy lunch or supper time snack served with side salad.

Eat with brie. It's that simple.

Cut yer badgett into slices, toast them, top- with cheese and float in bowls of onion soup. Breaks the ice at parties!

TOAST IT LIGHTLY. THEN RUB SOME GARLIC INTO IT, DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND YOU CAN TOAST IT SOME MORE IF YOU WANT. NICE SNACK BEFORE DINNER

Brown some chopped chicken in a pan until sticky. Put to one side. Blitz 2 small chillis, 2 spring onoins, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp turmeric in a processer.

Warm through in the pan, add chicken, squeeze of lemon.

Rip open baguette, toast, slather in mayo, pile over warmed chicken and munch :-)

Try slicing into pieces and pressing slightly flat, coat with rubbed garlic, and soak in beaten egg and herbs, place in a hot pan of oil and cover with grated cheese, and chilli spice.cook on each side till golden brown, and serve , with crispy bacon on top.

hi
i just love cream cheese and chicken fill the baguette then put in a warm oven for 5 mins its just great

Cut one in two down it's length and smear some butter on the cut sides, fill with freshly fried bacon and slap the halves back together carefully lining up so it looks as if they grew there. with ordinary bread this would be called a bacon sandwich, you could give yours a fancy name like "Pig on a Roll" serve with a blob of brown sauce, and perhaps a fried egg you can dip into.............
