I bought a thing of tofu but don't want to use the typical soy sauce mix. What else is there?

Tofu takes on the flavor of whatever it is in, so you could go crazy! To start small, you could put it in a curry sauce (coconut milk and curry paste) for a Thai dish. Or look in your spice cabinet and pick something you like - oregano and garlic salt, cayenne pepper and cumin, or dill and celery salt - and saute with olive oil in a skillet.
