Answers:
Great drink for summer! Can also serve as a quick 'bfast or lunch!

Here are some basics for you to mix and match; have fun and experiment with!

Basics:
Ice - 4 - 6 cubes
Juice - (as pure as possible) 1 cup
Yogurt - 1 cup
strong green tea 1 cup

Strawberries/Blueberries/Raspb...
Bananas/Papayas - a handful of two or three

honey - to taste, or not at all

added extras:
Protein powder - 1 tablespoon or so
brewers yeast/vitamin C (powder) - 1/2 teaspoon it's very bitter
(For added nutrition.)

Directions:

Using an electric blender is the best way.

Ice is a must for a frosty drink!
Then add, juice and/or yogurt / or 25% juice to green tea. If using green tea - best not to add yogurt! (yogurt taste overwhelms green tea)
Blend in for a bit.
Add fruit choices, and if you like - honey.

Finally, add your extras if you like.

Remember, if you're adding it/them; use no more than 1/2 teaspoon of vitamin C and no more than about 1 teaspoon of brewers yeast as the tastes are very strong and can be unpalatable.

ENJOY! =)
