I don't think you want to eat cards. OK if its carbs you should eat waffles with fruit topping. YUM!

toast & coffe

fried apple's or carrots

donuts,cereals,oat meal.

French tost with fresh watermelion or pancakes with homemade bluebarry surup

granola and yohgurt mmm you will go far with this in you

weet-bix with banana, or strawberries. Porridge, has a really low GI, and is so good for you.

Freedom Toast.
(Freer than French Toast and from Texas!)

i like to eat a ham and cheese omelet with mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. i eat a piece of toast and drink a glass of juice.

I love to have oat meal in the winter b/c it makes you feel full and warm. Now that it is summer though, there are a few things that I eat. Vanilla yogurt with fresh berries. Toast with peanut butter is great. Also, a banana or grapefruit. Then there is always the classic: cereal. Seriously, who doesnt love some rice crispes with banana or some honey nut cherios? Enjoy!

Bacon, eggs, hash browns, and whole wheat toast, plus coffee! tf

I personally prefer eating sushi.
you can change the filling of the sushi as and when you like it and it will be more appetizing and appealing. ^.^

oatmeal, cereal and poptarts.

Hot oatmeal with cinnamon and diced apples. You can make it rich with skim milk instead of water. That will give you protein.

3 scrambled eggs. Only use one yolk. Eat it with some cheese and whole wheat toast. Try half of a grapefruit for starters.

Whole wheat waffles with a little syrup and fresh blueberries. Add a glass of skim milk.

One of my favorites is toast with tomato on it.

All synthetic breakfasts for Americans are good.
But milk, organic eggs, orange juice, yogurt, and oat milk are much better.

I think u should eat bread, fruits, vegetables or something that is a healthy foods.

try honey nut cheerios and put some fruit on them. also buy a card to guy with your cereal :D

Bircher Muesli.
It was first created by a doctor I think, and you just get some oats (preferable organic) and put them in bowl with apple juice, grated apple and then pop it in the fridge overnight, in the morning add berries, yogurt and some nuts, maybe some honey too if you want some more sweetness. You can just feel it doing you heaps of good.

Quicker way...
Grate some apple over some good quality cereal or weet-bix (Australian shredded wheat biscuits) and then add yoghurt or milk, berries, nuts (seeds too, if you like) and some dried fruit or honey for sweetness.

Basically it gives you carbs (oats), fibre and vitamins (fruit) protein and essential fats (nuts and seeds) and dairy (milk or yoghurt).

A big glass of water, and your off to a fabulous start to your day.

the new instant oatmeals are great. the maple brown sugar one is great you can cook in microwave add water. i sometimes add a small handful of raisins. after it is cooked i stir it all up and then add about 1/8 cup of skim milk to it. if not sweet enough for your taste you can sprinkle a little extra brown sugar or add splenda/equal to it. sams club sells big bags of frozen mixed berries. you can thaw a few each night for morning or if you forget you can defrost in the microwave in the am. i add these berries to plain low fat vanilla yogurt and sometimes sprinkle a little granola on top of it. i also love the new oscar meyer already cooked bacon. i sometimes microwave one egg. put it in a bowl , scramble with a fork and add about 1 tablespoon of milk. microwave it about 60 seconds and then stir. i crumble up a bit of bacon into it then and add a sprink of already shredded mild cheddar cheese. the bacon is also handy for quick BLT sandwiches for lunch / dinner. bagels come frozen and can be toasted. you can add cream cheese plain or flavored. a bagel and peanut butter is also a great quick breakfast you can grab and take on the road with you. peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are quick in the mornings. cottage cheese is great with canned peaches or other fresh fruit such as cantelope or strawberries :-) . eggo makes microwavable pancakes (90 secs) individual serving you can add a low sugar syrup and have orange juice with them for quick work day breakfast. on weekends, i love to bake banana bread or blueberry muffins. sometimes i make great omelets. you can buy nice breads at the bakery to make toast when you are on the run and buy some of the small cans of V8 you can take with you. special k with strawberries is great for a cold cereal. also there is drive through mcdonalds :-) dunkin donuts also has coffee and cream cheese bagels that are great.

Fresh pineapple mixed into Vanilla organic yogurt!!!!

I am not a vegan but try scrambled firm tofu with a few pancakes and some milk also en apple a day keeps the doctor away

I've found lately that I've really enjoyed natural yoghurt and museli mixed together but I also love the recipe below:

MICROWAVE SCRAMBLED EGGS
Placed chopped mushrooms, red capsicum and red onion in microwave bowl and cook on High for 2.5 minutes. Stir. Cook another 2.5 minutes. Always cook on High. Add some cherry tomatoes. Cook 5 min. Stir. Cook 5 min. Add 5-6 slightly beaten eggs, with cracked pepper and salt. Cook 2.5 min. Stir. Cook 2 min. Serve with bacon and toast. Yummy!!

Bagel with cream cheese and lox, nothing is better...well maybe 2 fried eggs over medium, toast and two slices of smoked bacon and don't forget to pass the Tabasco.

breakfast doesn't eat breakfast gets eaten

Ultimate Irresistible Granola

INGREDIENTS
5 cups rolled oats
1 cup blanched slivered almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup wheat germ
2 cups shredded coconut
1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups honey
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together the oats, almonds, walnuts, pecans, sesame seeds, wheat germ, coconut and sunflower seeds. In a small pan over medium heat, stir together the oil and honey. Cook and stir until blended. You could also do this in a large measuring cup in the microwave, heating for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Pour over the oat mixture, and stir to coat evenly. Spread out in an even layer on two cookie sheets.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until the oats and nuts are toasted. Immediately after it comes out of the oven, stir in the raisins and dried cranberries. Let stand until cooled, and stir again to break up any large clusters. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks, but I guarantee it won't be around that long!
