This is a *huge* subject which properly belongs in 'Science' first, and 'Health' second. Though the moulds at the root of aflatoxins (so called from one of the moulds, Aspergilus flavus, i.e. A-fla) are mainly killed by cooking, the sometimes extremely pernicious toxins they can produce can be left behind.
As no culinary practice nor a specific culinary technique can shed light on this any further, I think that's about as much as it's wise to say. I've left some references for you in 'sources' below.
