Whipped Cream
Servings = 12 | Serving size =1/3 cup (makes 4 cups)
This recipe is not easily multiplied and doesn’t keep well. The whipped cream can be made up to 30 minutes in advance but must be kept very cold. Whisk lightly before serving.
1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin (1 packet)
1/4 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
In a small bowl, sprinkle the packet of unflavored gelatin over the cold water and let stand until the gelatin absorbs the water.
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, scald the milk.
Remove from the heat and add it to the gelatin, whisking until the gelatin dissolves.
Stir in the Splenda and vanilla extract.
Refrigerate, stirring every ten minutes, until very cold (about 1 1/2 hours) and then place in a large bowl of ice water for 30 minutes, and let it stand, whisking often.
Using a handheld mixer set at high speed, beat until the mixture is thick and fluffy.

You need Heavy Cream
I have heard that if you mix milk with powdered non-dairy coffee creamer, you can whip it like cream, but I can't swear that it works or what it tastes like...how can you not get heavy cream where you live? Even out in the boonies, the small "mom and pop" stores carry heavy whipping cream...
I don't think you can make whipped cream with out the proper whipping cream or heavy cream. Sorry* goodluck*
you are probably right in the middle of no where and i know it is hard to find heavy cream but, you must keep looking. it is your only chance, or, call someone from your class and ask if they can get you some heavy cream.
EVERYTHING HAS TO BE ICED COLD, BUT THE TRICK IS THAT IF THE WHIP CREAM IS MADE WITH LOW-FAT MILK IT WILL RISE, BUT MUST BE SERVED AT ONCE I HAVE USED LOWFAT MILK ,NAMASTE
heavy cream or half-n-half. no skim,1 02 percent milk will give you the volume when whipping
no sorry it cant be done unless you have gallons and gallons of milk
