What foods are best for a diet?
I am working on a diet. I plan on losing 1 pound a day. i want to lose 30 pounds before August. I want to eat healthy too. Is there any good combinations that are heatlhy and that have no calories or transfat or anything?

water and leaves and fruit i garante you that youll loose up to 6 pounds a day like this its great by the 2nd week.
Fruits and vegetables are main part of diet. Proteins for the rest. You still have to watch how the food is prepared and limit calorie intake.
calorie in minus calorie out equals weight gain / loss
exercise helps in calorie out and in muscle tone. Plus muscle will burn calories faster than fat stored in the body.
a balanced diet of foods high in fiber and protein should really be helpful and some light excercise should do the trick.
-yogurt with wheat germ added in
-snacks of fruit/vegetable
-water

Veggies and fruits give you your RDA of vitamins and minerals, lean white meat/fish gives you protein without fat, fiber rich foods in turn makes you feel fuller in between meals and does a great job of cleaning out your digestive system.
Of course, diets are helpful in a way to losing weight, but exercise should also be a part of your routine to burn body fat already present
