Here is a SUPER easy (and cheap) recipe and it tastes like a million bucks. Not only that, I have yet to meet someone who doesn't like it.

Ingredients:
1 large box of Jell-o chocolate pudding
1 small tub of CoolWhip
1 package of Oreos
(you can also add 1 large candy bar of Butterfinger too if you want)

Make the chocolate pudding. After it sets, mix in the whipped topping together. Crush the Oreos (and Butterfinger if desired); I put them in a Ziploc bag and do it that way so not to make so much mess. Then, in a bowl or dish, you can layer pudding, crush Oreos (and Butterfinger if desired), pudding, Oreos, etc. Or you can just mix it all together. Then chill it in the fridge. Serve when you want dessert!

It comes out tasting like a chocolate mousse almost with the perfect addition of crunch in the Oreos/Butterfinger and tastes pretty upscale considering the fact the ingredients only cost like $5 altogether. Always a winner!!! Enjoy!!

Butterfinger Cheesecake
1 pound cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1/4 cup caramel
1/4 cup chocolate covered peanut butter bars, coarsely chopped (recommended: Butterfinger)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and sour cream together until smooth. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and mix until smooth in texture, with no lumps. Add the caramel and peanut butter bar pieces and mix well. Pour mixture into desired cake pan that has been sprayed with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven in a water bath for approximately 1 hour, until internal temperature of the cheesecake is 170 degrees F. Cool overnight. Decorate with caramel and peanut butter bar pieces.

Sopapilla Cheesecake
2 cans crescent roll dough
2 packages cream cheese
1.5 cups sugar
1 stick of butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
spray a 9x13 pan with non stick spray, spread out 1 package crescent roll dough and pinch to close any wholes. Cream together 1 c sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Spread on top of crescents. Spread the second can of crescent on top of the cream cheese, doing the same with the wholes. Melt the one stick of butter and take off heat, add the 1/2 cup sugar that remains, and the cinnamon. Stir, then pour on top of the crescents, move the pan around so that the butter mixture evenly coats the dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious

4-8 oz. blocks of cream cheese
1-jar mango chutney
1-bottle of Pic-a Pepper*
1-jar of pepper jelly
1-jar of strawberry jam(or your fav.)
assorted crackers(really tasty ones)
All ingredients should be served at room temperature.

Top one block of cheese with the chutney, one with the pic-a-pepper, one with the pepper jelly, one with the jam. Serve with crackers. Quick, easy and very tasty. No refrigeration required because everything is room temperature. And I doubt if there will be anything left.

I like to make Brownies. I mix all ingredients for Betty Crocker's family size chewy fudge recipe brownie mix together, then I add a bag of Dark chocolate chips & 2 cups of chopped walnuts to the batter & bake as directed. People Love Them! Good Luck!
