Here is my recipe you might like. In a small bowl beat 2 eggs and however much hot sauce you like. In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup corn meal and 1/2 cup flour. Preheat your skillet (with cooking oil in it) on med high heat. Dip the wings into the egg mixture, then into the dry mixture. If you like them extra crispy, re-dip in both. Fry up and enjoy!!

they are better if you deep fry them in oil NOT baked in a oven it makes them crispy and better then put sauce on them after but remember deep frying is bad for you but who cares it taste better
I fry my chicken wings in hot oil, when they are done, i toss them in a bowl with Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Cover bowl with lid, shake, and enjoy. They are absolutely delicious. These are not spicy, but you can change the recipe, and use hot sauce instead, like Frank's hot wing sauce. If you want a batter, fry them using a fried chicken recipe. Flour, salt, pepper, a little garlic..and wet ingredients eggs whipped with a fork, and some milk added. Alternate between the wet and dry..and fry!
In a bowl place 2 cups flour, 1 tsp. ground cyanne pepper, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
Wash and pat dry your wings. Place in bowl, cover with tight lid. Shake to coat wings. Set in fridge for 2 hours. The moisture from the wings will give the wings a nice coating from flour. Shake bowl again to get more flour on wings. Let set 1 hour. Deep fry the wings and place on paper towels to drain. In bowl pour your 1 Cup of your favorite BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup Tobasco sauce, and 1/4 cup Honey. Mix well, dip wings in and place on cookie tray. Bake at 325 for 8 minutes. Enjoy! These are a great party hit here!
