Great nachos...?
I am looking how to make Chili's Classic Nachos. Basically what I really need is how they make the nacho on the bottom...its flat and crunchy and oh so good. Anyone know?

They deep fry tortillas. Make some fresh tortillas (it's easy) or buy some at the store, cut them into the shapes that you want, and gently lower them into hot corn oil until they are crisp, around two or three minutes.
