i have chicken in, pasta, rice tinned toms, salads etc

make a chicken caserolle. Take the skin of the chicken, place in a pan with the tomatoes and a drop of white wine if you have any and some seasoning. Put lid on and simmer for an hour or more until it is tender. It will need no fat and no water, you will get a lovely sauce from it. Then use the pasta and salad to accompany the chicken. Very simple and very tasty. In fact pretty much what I am making myself. If you do not mind the fat, leave the skin on for extra flavour. Alternatively, marinate chicken in honey and soy sauce and gril - also pretty tasty.
cook the chicken and pasta when there done chuck em together put the tinned tomatoes in with them mix it up and serve it with a salad
Make a spinach salad, with broccoli, cucumbers, Shredded beet's, shredded sweet potato, and diced tomatoes
Stir fry chicken on rice either fried or boiled
what you have mentioned are all healthy eating

and being helthy made me lose half a stone.
Well...I normally just have steamed fish and veg with lemon juice. or chicken brest and stir fry.
Have a Salad ie: lettuce, tomato, pepper and have baked potato and chicken or ham with a light dressing
