First I dice a potato or two and sautée in a little oil until tender and slightly browned, about half way through I add a diced onion and sautée together with the potatoes. Once the potatoes are done, and the onion transparent, hash your corned beef and add to the pan mixing well, allowing to fry a few minutes...Then I make "holes" in the mixture with a ladle and break an egg in each hole... Cover and allow to cook until the white is solid. (I usually cover the pan for a few minutes). You may add grated cheese if you like and allow it to melt over the eggs. Another thing that can be added is a sliced tomato (under the grated cheese). You can do all this in one frying pan, or change from the pan to an oven dish, and do the last part in the oven...

Wow! That sounds better than mine! When you next making some?....

boiled potatoes and dorned beef mash together and serve

One big can of corned beef (Argentinian is the best), two diced potatoes, 1/2 sweet onion diced. Sautee the onion and potato in a frying pan until tender, then add the corned beef. Season to taste with pepper. Enjoy! (sometimes we add 1-2 tablespoons of ketchup).

Almost fully boil chopped potato's.

fry off some onions and peppers, chuck in the almost cooked potato's with salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce. When potato's are browning put in cubes of chilled corned beef, and mix all together untill meat is cooked through.

This way you still have clumps of potato's and corned beef, but some mushes up nicely too. All done in a pan on the hob (or a wok, if you're greedy like us and make shedloads in one go!

Serve with crusty bread :) Mmmmm.

Damn, now I really want some....

I do it this way. I put a corned beef brisket in the crockpot the day before. At night I bake about 5-6 potatoes. I put the leftovers in the fridge. The next day I cut up the brisket, dice the potatoes, and fry it all up in butter. It's awesome.

Canned corned beef, about a half a large onion, 2-3 garlic cloves a couple bird peppers, add this to some fried potatoes and heat.
For spice I use a bit of thyme, oregano, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce.
Some times if I have cabbage in the fridge I chop a bit of it into it also.

Corned beef, potatoe and onion with herbs to suit. I like brown sauce on it

Boil the potatoes with the corned beef and onions, sliced carrot, three Oxos, a dash of Worcester Sauce, tablespoon of salt and boil to a mush. Add a dash of Soya Sauce and Black Pepper to taste. The best there is, a traditional Northern dish.

Cut corned beef into chunks.Add diced potatoes, onion, tin Baked Beans.1 oxo and a sprinkling black pepper. Some people put carrots but I don't think it needs it.
One of lifes' treats.Good munching !

Basically it's corned beef and mash, plus whatever takes your fancy. Although I have been given a variation where you use sliced potatoes and make layers of bully, spud, bully, and so on. Don't ask me how to cook it though, I've never tried but you can always add what you like for extra umph and cheese on top is always a good one.

Another favourite of mine is beans & corned beef on toast. Chop up the bully and cook it with the beans. Add a dash of Worcester sauce or whatever floats your boat. Mmmmmmm. Never tried that with cheese on and finished under the grill though.. I wonder? :o)

I make mine like you make yours it lush. Want some now can i come for tea?

never heard of hash with baked beans in it.........sounds yukky
