Take two eggs and scramble with a little milk, salt and pepper in a glass bowl that has been pre-sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on high for roughly two minutes or so.....you can than make a great breakfast sandwhich. The eggs really puff up and become fluffy. My husband likes me to flip out the egg (as it stays in one piece) and put it on a microwave safe dish throw a piece of cheese on it and nuke for another 10 seconds and serve on a toasted bagel.

Nachos, easy mac, you shouldn't really use the microwave that much, it emanates too much radiation.
