Good recipies to give to my brother who is in college?
My brother is in college, and I wanted to give him some really healthy, cheap, and quick recipies. He really likes meat alot, so incorporating meat in to the recipies would be huge. Thanks!

Salads and fruits.
I actually make a lot of rice recipes. You can find them online. But I will cook pork, chicken, and beef and put them in rice. I make Spanish rice and dirty rice I will mix polish sausage and stuff with that.
When I was in the dorms and no access to a stove. I bought chicken tenders and nuke'em. Cook 1/2 cup of rice in a cup of water in the microwave for 9 mins. (800 Watt BTW). Put some sweet and sour sauce and dig in.

This is one of my favorite recipes. it's quick, easy, and very simple clean up and preparation.
1 lb. shrimp or crawfish
1 can broth (chicken)
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1 pod garlic
Parsley
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in rice cooker and turn on. After bell rings, let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Works well with leftovers.
