Answers:
I think were doing breakfast food tonight. We never have time for breakfast in the morning so it's nice to have it for dinner once in a while! Eggs, maple sausage, toast, coffee, yum!

Since we've been cooking on the grill a lot and it's cooler today,maybe I'll switch to something baked in the oven-like meatloaf and baked potatoes.

Im making italian sausage with onions and peppers served over white rice.

Im grilling the sausage and I will sautee the peppers and onion on the stove top

I cooked us bangers and mash and mushrooms.. first time I've had it in years. why don't you make a chicken and lettuce and tomato and beetroot and a sliver of onion on a toasted multygrain... or salmon and avocado n lettuce on a crisp wafer, what about lemon and butter melted with cracked pepper on a nice pan fried piece of fish .mm mm yum you are making me hungry again...

Some good things that we frequently make are enchiladas, stroganoff, pork chops (with a variety of seasonings, like Chile Pork Chops or ones with some onions and marinated in Italian dressing), chicken/stuffing bake, spaghetti bake, homemade Alfredo, goulash, chicken/spinach Alfredo

I suffer from this ailment as well. Go to www.foodnetwork.com and you can get a mountain of recipes. I like anything that Paula Deen does. You can also see if it's a good recipe by the user rating (stars). Rachael Ray, Emiril Lagasse, Alton Brown are there as well. When my boys were little, instead of pizza night we would have build your own salad night. I put all ingredients in bowls and they would put whatever they wanted into their own salad. After dinner....build your own sundae for desert.

how about some aloe pies

I already assembled a lasgana yesterday to cook for tonight's supper. I have a really busy week and Monday is my day off, so I plan the meals for the week and work ahead to get everything ready ahead of time. Tomorrow is a beef roast. I already have the potatoes peeled and the beans snipped and in the frig. Thur. is frozen chicken cordon blue and twice baked potatoes that I made yesterday and have in the freezer. I also shucked corn on the cob already for that meal too. Friday is hamb. or hot dogs on the grill with french fries. And I always have homemade applesauce in the freezer to go with every meal. We LOVE applesauce. We're also on a fresh pineapple kick lately so I bought 3 pineapples yesterday. Saturday is pizza delivery from our favorite local pizza joint. I have no idea why I told you all this....like I said I have a busy day...so I better get off the computer now and get going. Have a good day.

If it is cold and you are lazy in cooking just fix a soup because you only have to put things in the pan and let them cook. As I live in Brazil, we prepare soups by adding potatoes, carrots, cabbages, meat, onions in the pan fill with water and let them be soft. Or if you prefer a pasta is very easy. Only cook pasta and prepare a sauce by frying garlic on an oil and add the pasta. Fry it for a while and Bone petite!

i have 2 Delicious recipes for you:

1. Rump Steak with avo and Biltong

this is how i normally serve it. I make the steak in the George Foreman so that it is less fattening. Then while that gets going I make some mash potatoes with either sweet carrots and sweetcorn or any vegetables that is available. While that is on the stove take about 2 avo's cut them in blocks and throw them in a bowl, add vinegar and aromat and leave till the meat is ready. When all is cooked and ready place the rump on a plate and add on top the avo and on top of the avo some sliced biltong, serve with the rest of the vegetables.

2. Sticky chicken strips

cut the chicken into desirable strips and roll them in some baking flower. now take a small bowl and add some chutney and apricot jam until the taste is right for you (more sweet or more salt) then place the strips in the mixture you just made and leave in till your frying pan is at the right temperature.
When you are done frying the strips serve with stir fry that you can either make yourself or you can buy frozen packs from the supermarket and serve all this on top of some rice.

Sloppy-Joes

? 1 lb ground beef
? 1 large onion, finely chopped
? 2 cups mushrooms, chopped
? 5 tomatoes, diced
? 2 Tbls all-purpose flour
? 1/2 cup water
? 1/4 cup cider vinegar
? 1/4 cup chili sauce (Heinz)
? 1/4 cup ketchup
? 8 whole-wheat hamburger buns (toasted)

Crumble beef into a large nonstick skillet; cook over medium heat until it starts to sizzle, about 1 minute. Add onion and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until the vegetables are soft and the moisture has evaporated, 8-10 minutes. Add tomatoes and flour; stir to combine. Stir in water, vinegar, chili sauce and ketchup and bring to a simmer, stirring often. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened and the onion is very tender, 8-10 minutes. Serve warm on buns.

Shrimp and pasta...hmmm.....

we are gonna have a turkey tederloin on the grill
it will be rotisarie style wich takes about 45min while that is cooking i am gonna make sour cream potatoes if you want the recipe let me know
