First of all not all hamburger was taken off the shelf for E.coli. Only a few chains.
Second of all if you cooked hamburg in your spaghetti then you would have killed the E.coli. If you ate your hamburg on the raw side you would only have a slight chance of contacting E.coli.

It more likely that the milk you drank or the plate ware you used was not sterile. Unless the food was left out over night. This would put the food in the Time Temp. Danger zone for too long tainting your food. But all in all if there was no problem with the meat the first day it is not e-ecol

as far as i know, it is hamburger with the sel by date 6/13

Hamburger is taking off shelf? I'm not sure what to make of that. What is e-ecol? Why the hell should I care that you hate hamburger with spaghetti for 3 days? I don't care what you hate for any amount of time. Your butt juice and stomach pain sounds like a personal problem.

I believe only certain brands and certain stores like stater brothers, albertson's and like two more stores.

Generally, grocery stores don't know which meat could have E. Coli. However, the E. Coli bacteria is almost guaranteed to be nonexistent after cooking meat to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. If you ate burgers that are too raw, then you very well could have food poisoning caused by E. Coli. If this is true, then you should see a doctor and they can prescribe antibiotics that are generally a very effective treatment.
