I have 6 baskets of strawberries what do I do with them?

STRAWBERRY CAKE
CAKE:
1 package white cake mix
1 package o gelatin, strawberry
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup water
1 cup oil
4 eggs
ICING:
1 pound powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
CAKE: Mix jello and cake mix together. Add water and oil; mix on medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add berries. Bake at 325 F. for 30 to 45 minutes in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
ICING: Cream butter, powdered sugar and strawberries together. Spread on cooled cake.

STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE DELIGHT
CRUST:
1 cup nuts, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
FILLING:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
9 ounces Cool Whip, divided
TOPPING:
4 cups strawberries, crushed
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar, divided
1 cup water
3 ounces O gelatin, strawberry
CRUST: Combine crust ingredients; spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cook at 350 F. for 10-15 minutes. Cool.
FILLING: Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in half the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate.
TOPPING: Mix sugar, water and cornstarch together in saucepan. Heat until mixture begins to boil and turns from cloudy to clear. Remove from heat and add strawberry jello mix. Add strawberries to mixture. Cool; spread over cream cheese filling. Refrigerate. Cover with remaining Cool Whip topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.

Two of my favorites:
Strawberry shortcake, which is easy to assemble with little pre-made cakes, whipped cream, and those delicious strawberries sliced thinly and placed generously atop.
Fruit smoothies, which are made in the blender with crushed ice, milk or heavy cream, sugar, half a banana, and strawberries of course. You can experiment with flavors, amounts, other fruit additions too.
allrecipes.com also has a yummy recipe for an easy strawberry cake using a cake mix.
You can always freeze some for later, and strawberry/banana smoothies are great! Or you can make a summer salad using mixed greens, strawberries, walnuts, and berry vinaigrette dressing
Make some chocolate dipped strawberries.
Or, dip the strawberris in cool whip and top off w/ brown sugar. Those are delicious.
For a better presentation, have 2 or more layers of chocolate on the strawberry like first dip the strawberry in white chocolate, let it harden then slightly dip the strawberry again but it a different color like dark chocolate. Butterscotch chips that are melted and also great to dip in as well. I`m sure you could find more recipes for strawberries on cooks.com.

Strawberries Romanoff
INGREDIENTS:
3 to 4 cups strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup good quality vanilla ice cream
3 to 4 tablespoons Cointreau, or orange juice
PREPARATION:
Wash and hull strawberries; halve large berries. Sprinkle with the sugar and chill thoroughly in refrigerator. Just before serving, beat cream until stiff. Beat ice cream until fluffy; fold ice cream into whipped cream.Add Cointreau, blending until smooth. Arrange strawberries in serving dishes and spoon cream mixture over them. Or, save a few berries for garnish and combine cream mixture with remaining berries. Serve with a garnish of strawberry slices and mint, if desired.

Triple Strawberry Delight
INGREDIENTS:
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs or corn flake crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup water
1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
1 pint (2 cups) strawberry ice cream, softened
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
PREPARATION:
Melt butter in saucepan; stir in corn flake crumbs or graham cracker crumbs. Stir in sugar, vanilla, and almond extract. Press half of crumb mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish. Heat water to boiling in a medium saucepan Remove from heat and stir in gelatin for a minute, until dissolved. Stir in softened ice cream and thawed strawberries. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top. Chill for 2 hours, until firm. Cut into squares to serve.

Strawberry Dumplings
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 pint (about 2 cups) strawberries, hulled and rinsed
1 tablespoon sugar
PREPARATION:
In a saucepan, combine 1/3 cup sugar and the water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a medium mixing bowl, sift together flour, the 2 tablespoons sugar, the baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly. Add milk and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Place strawberries in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; pour hot sugar mixture over strawberries. Immediately drop dough evenly in 8 to 10 spoonfuls over strawberries. Sprinkle dumplings with the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar (and a little cinnamon, if desired). Bake at 450° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until dumplings are lightly browned. Serve hot with whipped topping or ice cream, if desired
This is a delicious Spring or Summer treat. Very easy to make also! Recently made this for a work related event and it was a hit--not a sinlge bite left.
Strawberry Lemon Crush
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1 cup stemmed and halved strawberries
1 cup unflavored sparkling water or soda water
cracked ice
fresh mint sprigs, garnish
In a 2 cup measuring cup, combine the sugar, lemon juice, and water and stir to dissolve the sugar.
In the bender, combine the strawberries and sweetened water. Puree on high speed until smooth. Add the sparkling water and pulse to incorporate. Taste and add more sugar if desired, and pulse to incorporate.
Place cracked ice in 2 tall Collins glasses.
Pour the strawberry crush over the ice, garnish with mint sprigs, and serve.

Frozen Strawberry Margarita Dessert
CRUST
1 1/4 cups finely crushed pretzels
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
FILLING
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons tequila
2 tablespoons orange liqueur (I used Grand Mariner)
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
1 cup whipping cream
To make crust: Combine pretzels, sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 8" spring form pan. Chill.
For filling, combine condensed milk, lime juice, tequila and orange liquor.
Beat until smooth. Add strawberries, beat at low speed until well-blended. Fold in whipping cream. Pour over crust, freeze 4 - 6 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving

Strawberry Agua Fresca
4 cups water
1/3 cup sugar, more to taste
6 cups strawberries, hulled
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes
Combine water and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Place strawberries in a blender, and process until smooth.
Combine the sugar mixture, strawberry puree, and juice; stir well.
Make some strawberry freezer jam. The recipe is inside the box of pectin. You will find the pectin at the grocery store. you put the jam in those plastic containers made by Glad or Ziploc. It's totally easy.
Strawberry Salad
2cups chopped srawberries
1 cup halved grapes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 green apple, chopped
1 cup fat and sugar free strawberry yoghurt(Danone Silloette)
Mix all together and refridgerate 1 hr then toss in 2Tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds. Serve.
