Breakfast calzone using refridgerated dough...?!

Question:

Breakfast calzone using refridgerated dough...?

I use a pretty basic recipe to make tasty calzones; I take a Pillsbury's refridgerated pizza, roll it out, fill it up with ingredients, then close the dough over the tasty stuff. Then I bake it until browned. I've heard it's a pretty common recipe - I've used ham and cheese, pizza type toppings with tomato sauce, and have also found spinach is super tasty.

My question:

Based on this recipe, do you think I could put in scrambled eggs with cheese and ham? I'm mostly concerned about how the eggs will hold up to about twenty or twenty-five minutes of baking.

Thanks a lot!

Answers:
I would scramble eggs only until 2/3 done and let them finish cooking in oven. This way they won't dry out.

eggs bake just fine... think Quiche.... make sure you make some small holes to let the steam escape...

Cajun Calzone:

frog legs(fried/deboned)
leftover jambalaya(any flavor)
smoked gator tail shredded(optional)
boiled/drained/pealed/chopped/...
scrambled eggs
sharp cheddar cheeze (NY)grated
pace piconte' sauce
tony's
cheap canned buiscuits

I'm sure it would work fine. Don't cook them too firm though.
