about once a week i go down the salad dressing isle at the grocery story and find a good dressing depending on my mood, usually a vinagrette, sun dried tomato is very good, lime cilantro, extra garlic.....all are wonderful. marinate your chicken in your salad dressing for 2+ hours then cook at 350 F for 45 minutes, give or take depending on the size of the breasts. i usually serve mashed potaotes, green beans, corn, and/or carrots with this. good luck

Hi there ....don't we all.....lol.....last night I made some chicken breasts and here is how it went.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil...and get it smokin hot...then add the chicken breast that you had put on both sides lightly salt it then add black and red pepper, rosemary and oregano. Sear it fast on both sides until it's a golden brown REDUCE THE HEAT....then add juice of 1/2 lemon to it plus 1/4 cup water....put the lid on it and steam it...until fork tender...when it's done sprinkle with a dash of garlic salt.
Great with pasta of any kind....and a green veggie like peas, spinach, or a tossed salad. I made a salad of lettuce, tomato and feta cheese a creamy Ceasar dressing over it. great eating. and don't forget the Italian bread!

i made boneless chicken breasts tonite i grilled them on a george forman fusion grill and put a lil lemon juice on them and crushed red pepper i dont eat meat but my bro and mom and dad said they were good

I would cut up the chicken in chunks and boil it.. I then would get some egg noodle and boil those and drain them..i would then take a pan get it hot and add butter and garlic and some juice from a lemon and salt and pepper and pour that over the noodle and chucks of chicken..
