Need to know how hot to get a George Foreman grill to cook a fish. Any answers?
I'm grilling a couple of fish for lunch, but I can only use my fat reducing grilling machine, a.k.a. Goerge Foreman grill. I don't know how hot to get the grill to cook the fish. Anyone know how hot to get the grill?

If yer cooking fish or poultry a setting of 325 to 350 will be fine,if it is thawed fish it wont take long to cook so keep an eye on it,,internal tempature of properly cooked fish should be in the 170 to 190 range,,sprinkle some lemon pepper and light brush of butter your good to go!
try walmart
Ebay! I think they sell them or something similar to them everywhere. Try Walmart
thxs 4.............. 2 points...!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Trial and error is the best way to learn... Plus you can usually tell by the way the meat looks, just flip the lid and check it out.
medium temperature for 5 to 7minutes, you do not need to turn the fix, It will cook evenly..... spray the grill with pam before you place the fish, specially salmon skin gets stuck in the Foreman.
That's it!!
Medium Hot
Plug it in and close the cover on the fish. Not much room for experimenting on this one.
don't worry about hot but worry about how long too cook your fish. just watch the fish so it gets fully cooked and not over cooked.
I would suggest medium to medium-high heat. Just keep a close eye on it to make sure it doesn't burn.
You get it to cook fish the same way you get it to cook anything. Place the fish on the grill and close the lid. (Thank you jjay!!!) it should take 5-10 muntes depending on the fish.
I used to have one of these. Does it even have a a heat setting ?? I can't remember at all. I thought you just plugged it in, and when the light goes off, it's ready. If I'm wrong, read the manual that came with it to see what to set it on for fish. In the oven I set mine at 350 to cook fish, on the stove I set it on medium.
