Does anyone have a simple resipe for a side dish without unusual ingredients. I want to help out with dinner but I'm not really sure what I should make.......could you please provide the source of the recipe too. Please help

roasted garlic potatoes: 4-5 medium to large potatoes cut in chunks, 1-2 tablespoons of minced garlic, Parmesan cheese and olive oil. mix everything in a bowl and put in to a glass baking dish. cover with foil, bake for an hour

Something quick and easy is some pasta with jarred sauce. Really easy to make. Then grill some veggies like mushrooms, bellpeppers and zuccini. Add some olive oil and garlic powder to make them taste even better.

Simple recipes for a side dish. Baked red potatoes.
1 pound of red potatoes, 1tbs olive oil,1tbs of kosher salt(you can replace it with regular salt) , 2 sticks of Romero leave.
place the potatoes in baking pan with the olive oil all over , salt and the Romero leaves. Bake for 45 min at 350 until they are brown and garnish with one stick of the Romero leave.
Cream Au Gratin Potatoes
? 4 russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4” slices
? 1 onion, sliced into rings
? salt and pepper to taste
? 3 Tbl butter
? 3 Tbl all-purpose flour
? 1/2 tsp salt
? 2 cups milk
? 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
? Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter 1 qt casserole dish.
? Layer 1/2 of the potatoes into bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Top with the onion slices, and add the remaining potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
? In a medium-size saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Mix in the flour and salt and stir constantly with a whisk for one minute. Stir in milk. Cook until mixture has thickened. Stir in cheese all at once, and continue stirring until melted. Pour cheese over the potatoes, and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
? Bake 1 1/2 hours in the preheated oven.
