Can I cook a 14lb FROZEN brisket today on the grill?
I forgot to thaw it out and it doesn't fit in the microwave for defrosting. It is about 2:20 and I would need to have dinner by about 6:30. Can I still cook it or do I need to do it tommorrow and find something else?

Soak in in coolwater for about and hour. Make sure your fire is real hot put the brisket in foil that keeps the heat locked in .Good luck
I would say find something else.
Brisket should be cooked very slow and on low heat, actually more like smoking.
Put a brisket in the microwave? Shame on You, that would make it tough. Please don't do that.
no, find something else
Forget about the piece of meat today. It's a labor of love cooking a brisket and it will take a while on the grill.
I would do it tomorrow, anything you could do to make it work will just taint the flavor. The idea of brisket is that it is slow cooked to hold the flavor.
You might could cook it in the oven for a bit and then put it on the grill, but I would not recommend it and it would take time as well.
let it thaw out overnight and cook it tomorrow on a slow roast at 250 for about 5-6 hours
A brisket that large will take longer than 4 hours to cook properly even once it's thawed. Rule of thumb is 40 min/lb in the oven at 350, longer if you're smoking it.
Also, unless you put it in a cold water bath today (rather than thawing in the fridge), it's not likely to be thawed enough for cooking tomorrow, either.
