Chicken Burgers?!
Chicken Burgers?
I have some ground chicken and I am going to make chicken burgers; what would go best in the burger? I figured onion, red bell pepper, salt and pepper, and maybe a little bit of Worcestershire sauce. Also, I need to know what the best cheese would be to go with it.
NOTE: I am very picky! Nothing weird!!

It's hard to find recipes for picky people so I Hope these work for you
CONFETTI BURGERS (MEXICAN)
1 pkg. Purdue fresh ground chicken
1/4 c. oat bran or bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 diced tomato
1/4 c. minced carrot
1/4 c. minced celery
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 Kaiser rolls
Combine chicken with vegetables and seasonings. Form into 6 burgers. Grill or broil on lightly oiled surface 5 to 6 inches from heat source 4 to 6 minutes per side until burgers are cooked thoroughly. Serve on toasted Kaiser rolls.
Serving suggestions: Halve Kaiser rolls and brush with olive oil flavored with garlic. Place on outer edges of grill for a few minutes until lightly toasted.
just substitue the chicken for the turkey:

Rachael Ray...is that you again??
I've never been a big proponent of chicken and cheese. I just don't think they go well together. But you might try Colby Jack. I've heard that goes well with Chicken.
your choices are great and personal so your fine with that...but ...the ground fouls always seem to dry out easier than beef...i always add a 1/4 stick of melted[per pound] butter to the meat and blend it with the other spices before pattying it up...it is wonderful..and with the chicken a blend of cheese is a nice touch-say cheddar and provolone-or a nice Monteray pepper cheese with American...
with the ground chicken add some salt & pepper , red onions and some balsamic vinegar , grilled dry parchiny mushrooms , roman lettuce ,plum tomato with no skin , and mayo and try the swise cheese, and at the end a few drops of balsamic vinegar with olive oil .
let me konw if you like it .
A little barbecue sauce in the burger is nice, too. I mix it together with a bit of mayo.
The ingredients are about what I would do but I find they are delicious with pineapple and alittle mayo as a topping forget the cheese
