Recipe Ideas?!

Question:

Recipe Ideas?

I need good, reasonably priced recipes for my family, something of all ages. I have my brother living with me who is slightly older and disabled as well as my nanny, my husband and my two boys. I want to find a few well liked and feeds alot type recipes. Thanks so much!!!!

Answers:
Chicken Tortilla Soup:

2 Cans cream of chicken soup
2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
2 Cans rotel tomatoes
2 Cans Tyson shredded chicken
2 Cups of milk, seasoned with chili powder and garlic
3 to 6 Flour tortillas, shredded into 2 to 3 inch pieces

Mix all in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 5 mins. Serve over tortilla chips and top with sour cream and shredded cheese.

This recipe is extremely easy, quick, and tasty. If this isn't enough (or it's too much) you can easily double or half the recipe. I make half this recipe for me and my husband and we're able to eat on it for days.

Chicken & Stuffing:

Grease a baking dish (you'll serve in the same thing you cook in; I usually use a glass lasagna pan)

Prepare Stove Top Stuffing. Put a spoonful of the stuffing in the center of a raw chicken cutlet and roll it. Place the roll seam-side down in the greased pan. When all the cutlets are in the pan, distribute the remaining stuffing in the open spaces. Sprinkle with a very little bit of paprika (Just for color) and bake at 350 for about 40-45 minutes.

I usually do this meal with frozen peas that I don't have to prepare until the last few minutes of cooking. If you really want to seem "fancy" try some of the refrigerator-dough dinner rolls, too!
