Answers:
Try making a mixture of several different things!!!

Cut a few potatoes, onions, bell peppers, bacon. Saute until tender.

In the meantime, mix eggs, milk, cheese in a bowl.

Add the egg mixture into the vegetables and stir until done.

Add any of your favorates......such as tomatoes, mushroooms, etc.....

hummice w/ lime juice on toasted pita is good, but I'm not sure it counts as breakfast... :)

yeah i know! [ i live in dallas] maybe you should try going to Golden Corral they have a variety of breakfast foods [different cultures] but make sure you get there before 11am!

Pancakes and bacon or blueberry muffins.

Chicken & Spinach Frittata Recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds fresh spinach
1/2 cup water
2 chicken breasts, boneless, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup olive oil + 1 tsp
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red onion, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced small
1 green bell pepper, diced small
12 large eggs
1 cup cream
8 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Directions

Wash the spinach and place in a large pot. Add the water and cook until just wilted. Set aside to cool.
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.
Saute the onion for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and bell pepper and continue cooking until the peppers are soft.
While the onion and peppers are cooking, crack the eggs into a large bowl and beat.
Coat the bottom and sides a large frittata pan with 1 tsp olive oil.
Spread the onion and peppers on the bottom of the pan.
Blend into the eggs the cream, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the onion and peppers.
Drain the spinach if neccesary.
Mix together the spinach, chicken, and Gorgonzola.
Sprinkle the spinach-chicken mixture on top of the eggs.
Place in a 375F degree oven and bake for 1 hour, or until the top is brown and the center is firm.

Breakfast doesn't have to be eggs, you know! Eat whatever looks good in the fridge!

Here's something that's popular when we have get-togethers.
Stuffed French Toast

1 loaf of french bread, cut into 3 inch slices, cooked crumbled bacon or sausage or diced ham, shredded mozzarella, cheddar or swiss cheese, 6 eggs.
In a large flat dish, beat the eggs; set aside.
Cut a "pocket" in each slice of bread--be sure not to cut all the way through. Stuff the pocket with any combination of the ingredients above (or some of your own, like blueberries and a lump of cream cheese). Carefully dip each sandwich in beaten egg and fry in a lightly greased hot skillet until brown on both sides & cheese is melted. Serve with syrup or without.
