Answers:
Stick it in the oven at 350 degrees , wrapped in foil for about 20-30 minutes and check the center by sticking a knife through it to see if it's hot.

cut it up and make a sandwich.. yummy :)

8 lbs is a lot of meat, so you night want to cut it in half., and freeze some of it.
Its already cooked, so you can slice it very thin and use it for sandwiches. No need to cook, but if you want to, you can slice it and microwave it to warm it. Nice gift!

Topper Beef with Gravy

Ingredients:
2 lbs beef (cut into bite size)
2 C beef broth
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (2 ounce) envelope brown gravy mix
salt and pepper

Prep:
In Medium saucepan add your soups and brown gravy mix, mix well.
Add in broth until gravy is as thick as you like, it will thicken slightly.
Add your beef, simmer for at least 25 minute or as long as you wish,(stirring occasionally).

Serve the Topper over rice, noodles, potatoes, biscuits, your choice!

I would begin by cutting it into meal sized pieces, wrap well in cling film and freeze.

As it is precooked I would dice it into bite sized pieces and place in a sauce pan with a little salt, curry powder, flour and cooking oil. Heat gently stirring often, then slowly add some warm milk until you get a sauce the consistency you like.
Serve with fluffy white rice and veges.

It's intended to be used for sandwiches. However, it is not heavily seasoned, like corned beef or pastrami, so you have plenty of options. You can add it to a salad or cut it into cubes and serve with cheese and crackers. You can add it to a casserole or cut it very thin and roll it with thin cheese slices and serve with your favorite dipping sauces. You can basically use it any way you want.

Eight pounds is a LOT of roast beef! It will go bad quickly once opened, so unless you have a lot of mouths to feed, you should probably quarter it and freeze three portions for later use.

Reheating it could dry it out, so if you try that, save some of the juice from the bag, pour it on top of the beef and wrap tightly with foil to reheat. That juice can be frozen separately from the meat for other uses as well. Depending upon how large a batch you make, a quarter or an eighth of a cup of the juice will add a nice flavor to rice or potatoes. Just substitute the juice for an equal portion of the water normally used for the boil.
