Cheese suggestions?!

Question:

Cheese suggestions?

I'm looking for suggestions of "fancy" and/or "smelly" cheeses. But nothing way too out there or used to smear on things. Just something tasty I can cut hunks of and eat, but nothing too traditional and bland either.

Answers:
If you ever get the chance to see or listen to the Monty Python Cheese sketch, a real gas.

For eating a wonderful cheese is a good mature cheddar, not bland at all, a Brie, a camembert, on the blue side of the cheese is the king of cheeses Stilton.... roquefort, danish blue

There are so many cheeses out there I suggest you start at 'A' and end at 'Z' and have a great time in between........

I really like Muenster, Havarti, and Cabot makes a white cheddar with sun dried tomatoes and basil that is pretty tasty.

Roquefort - famous blue cheese (French) - King of Cheese
(I like to serve it with a fig jam and biscuits + wine or grapes)

Gorgonzola - a kind of blue cheese (Italian)

Vacherin-Mont-d'Or - a kind of soft cheese (French)
sprinkle some white wine / finely chopped garlic on top with a some panko and bake for a few minutes ... yummy..! Or to make fondue.

I LOVE feta. It's got a wierd texture that I just love

Spanish Manchego or Italian Tallegio are both good choices.
