What can i do?
i am making some pan fried lamb chops and rice for lunch , i dont have any idea on how to make sause for them. i want to make a fresh sause without using any tinned sauses \ creams already. please help me.

Make a mint sauce or apple sauce
I would make a fresh mint sauce with lamb.
When the lamb chops are done cooking and u take them out and the bits left on the bottom turn the heat to medium and add flour and cook the flour for like 2 to 3 minutes and add ur favorite broth and thicken it. than u can add cream to it and herbs if u want. let the sauce thicken and serve. tomatoes, mushrooms, white wine & cream with some garlic
Do what I do, make a gravy from Bisto granules and add a squirt of lemon and some mint sauce into the gravy.
Do you want a creamy one or a runny one?
