I went to PF Chang's last night and got the lettuce wrap appetizer. They are so good... Does anyone know what it is in them and how they are cooked???

UGH PF Chang's is over expensive not even really god Chinese food
It's spicy cooked chicken served in cool lettuce cups. Ingredients are: spiced chicken, green onions, water chestnuts, black mushrooms, rice sticks, sesame oil, garlic,minced chicken sauce. But I do not know the cooking instructions....sorry!
I love that place they have a GF (Gluten Free) menu and I actually get a choice in what I can have instead of just a salad.
Last night I tried weezerlvr's idea and she is sopt on with her find.. woo hoo!!
