U don't say how old the children are but I always serve fruit or veg sticks with a dip, the children usually like it and the parents do too which means more babysitting jobs.

Is there a microwave? Heat up some bananas and serve w. crackers and peanut butter. You can make a fruit salad, open a can of tuna and make tuna salad, cereal is good any time of day, a veggie salad...none of these are particularly difficult I think. And if they are throwing food at your butt (?!) maybe they need to be taught a lesson and go hungry for a day...learn to appreciate.

you can roll lunchmeat and cheese in a lettuce leaf, cut up fresh fruit, cottage cheese, applesauce, veggies and dip, peanutbutter & bananna, give them crackers and put out a bunch of stuff cut up and let them build their own cracker expierment!

Roast Beef Wrap

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese
2 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1/4 red onion, sliced
2 spinach leaves, washed
4 ounces sliced roast beef

DIRECTIONS

For each wrap, spread a small amount of the cream cheese over the surface of a tortilla. Layer the onion, spinach, and roast beef on top. Fold opposite sides of the tortilla toward the center about 1 1/2 inches, and roll up from the bottom.

i make mine without spinach

ok well depending how old they are making fun to eat foods are always a big hit..........like you can make fruit skewers and they can dip it in yoghurt......
smoothies are a good one 2 if you have a blender....put ice in the blender a banana some honey peanut butter and milk...big hit...decorate it with a bit of chocolate syrope so they cant refuse it!!

hot pockets!

no stove? you are screwed!

Ok if you dont want to make sandwiches and the stove is broken then you can either order something kids love like... Pizza....or make another quick and easy kid dish like microwave mac n cheese or ball park hotdogs. You will have a quick and easy lunch in no time flat. Good Luck!

Milkshakes can be quite filling.

Do you have any yoghurt?

Fruit or a salad perhaps......

let them suggest different items, you could have them make lunch meat faces with lunch meat and cheese and any veggies they have, yogurt is always a good choice with fruit or granola, pop corn and a fruit or vegetable. there a lot of ideas out there. pbj crackers or roll-up is another. good luck and dont let those kids get to you!

I would buy some crackers and cheese [not e-z squeeze cheese], fruit, yogurt, and some salami and cheese and crackers. They will like the finger foods, and it's not food kids can be picky about. Good luck! =]

Turkey or ham rollups are kid pleasers. Take a thin slice of meat, layer with cheese of choice, pickle or veggies if desired, roll up and eat. Quick and easy to adapt to particular tastes.
