Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Cookie Dough Layer
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips
Steps:
1. Brownie Layer---.
2. Melt chocolate chips and cool slightly; set aside.
3. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla;mix well.
4. Stir in melted chocolate.
5. Combine flour and baking soda; add to batter;stir in nuts.
6. Spread in greased 13in x 9in pan
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted near centre comes out clean.
8. Cool on wire rack.
9. Cookie Dough Layer---.
10. Cream butter and sugars.
11. Beat in milk and vanilla.
12. Gradually add flour.
13. Stir in chocolate chips.
14. Drop by tablespoonfuls over cooled brownies; carefully spread over top.
15. Store in refrigerator.

Do you want cookie dough to make cookies or just to eat without baking? You can make any cookie dough and eat it raw as long as you leave out the eggs and make sure you refrigerate it.
You can either leave the eggs out or use pasteurized whole eggs.
Any homemade cookie dough can be edible as long as there are no eggs in it or if there are eggs, use eggs that have been pasteurized (I believe Egg land's are) or use Egg Beaters in the recipe.

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
4 to 6 tbsp. water
1. Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, salt, vanilla and chips. Add the water, one tablespoon at a time, until you have reached a cookie dough consistency. Makes 2 cups.
