Homemade Cookies?!

Question:

Homemade Cookies?

Anyone of you have an easy recipe to make cookies? Or muffin? Or shortbread?

Next week I'm going back home so if I would, I'd like to bake something for my family...

Answers:
NO BAKE COOKIES

1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon butter
4 cups oats (uncooked)
2 cups peanut butter

Bring the sugar, milk, cocoa and butter to a rapid boil for one minute, then add peanut butter and oats until the mixture thickens. Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto waxed paper
Let set until firm.

It's important that you get the mixture out of the pan as fast as possible or it may harden in the pan.

Makes 10 cookies (depending on size).

CAKE MIX COOKIES

1 package of cake mix (any flavor)
1 large egg
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of chopped nuts, raisins, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, M&M'S? etc. (anything you like in cookies)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, egg, oil, and water. Beat until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredient (s).
Drop by teaspoon about 1 inch apart onto greased cooke sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Makes about 4 dozens. Yummy!
