CHERRY CHEESECAKE

CRUST:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

CHEESECAKE:

24 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
16 ounces cherry pie filling, chilled

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 F, 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Bake at 450 F, 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 F; continue baking for 30-40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan.

Chill. Spread cherry pie filling over cheesecake before serving. 10 to 12 servings.

Easy Cheesecake

2 eight-ounce packages cream cheese,softened
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 Graham-cracker crust, 9"

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well-blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, Makes 8 servings.

White Chocolate Cranberry Cheesecake

1-1/4 cups Oreo Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
4 squares BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate, melted
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 tsp. grated orange peel

Mix crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-in. springform pan.

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing just until blended after each addition. Stir in white chocolate, cranberries and orange peel; pour over crust.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 min. or until center is almost set if using a silver springform pan (Or, bake at 325°F for 45 to 50 min. if using a dark nonstick springform pan.) Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Garnish with thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, orange slices, additional dried cranberries and additional grated white chocolate, if desired.

This is the easiest cheese ckae you will ever make!!!!!!
Ingredients:
BASE
2x packets of plain sweet biscuits (Arnotts Scotch finger work best)
Around 125g of softend butter
TOP
2x cans of Nestle sweetend condensed milk- must be full fat variety or it wont set right.
2x 250 packets of Philadelphia cream cheese
1-2 lemons, depending on taste.

Method:
Crush biscuits till like crumbs, add softend butter and mix through, squeeze mixture in your hand, if it sticks together a bit then it is ready, if it is still crumbly- add more butter.
Press mixture into dish, refridgerate.

let the cream cheese soften and add both the cans of condensed milk and the packets of philadelphia cheese, mix with a beater till smooth.
Squeeze one whole lemon in and taste- add more to suit your own taste.

remove the base from the frigde and pour on the mixture, refridgerate till firm......usually about 1-2 hours.

real or quick ?
What I call my save your butt cheesecake is easy easy....
One 8 oz pkg of softened cream cheese, 8 oz of cool whip, 1 cup of powdered sugar. Blend those together well, put into a premade graham cracker crust, top with the pie filling of your choice and chill at least an hour.
That is the easiest no bake one I've ever seen.
For a really good, dense, NY style cheesecake...
