Answers:
okely dokely if you mean lunch for school i got a killer for you. Go to you local deli where they sell preecooked produce like chicken, cabana. Then get pita bread some tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber if you like. Then go home pull the meat of the chiken bones and stick it in the fridge, then onece you need lunch pull the chiken or slice up the cabana, cut the pita bread in half because i opens up nicely in the middle and drop some lettuce in the tomatoe, cucumber, maybee some salt and finally on top the meat ( make sure you heated it up in the microwave if you want it at home ) with sauce if you like it WALLA............... a buitiful delicious lunch convinient to pack and eat at school or work or if you feel like it at home. MMMMMMMMmmmmm my mouth is watering just talking about it ill go make myself one now omg.....

put your shoes on, get in the car and drive to Mc Donalds, done and dusted.

wow that last answer was good that what i was thinking

Black pepper SPAM

here is something you can do on the weekend so you have food for a week...
buy a roast beef and whole chicken....cook it the way you like best like roasting it with herbs and spices....
Then you can alternate back and forth using it for salads and sandwiches or dinner at night....this way you worked just on the weekend and you are eating the leftovers all week long..
You can also boil some pasta like elbows...and drain and season it...with salt and pepper add some onion , celery pickles and mayonnaise or instead use oil and vinegar dressing...add the meat you roasted and you have a cold salad....good luck with your 10 minute lunch....hugs from Mama Jazzy Geri

I love eating this, its so a comfort food and its fast.

1 Handful of Baked! Tostitos Bite Size Triangles Tortilla Chips on plate
1 Handful of kraft shreaded cheese ontop of chips
Heat in micowave for 45secs
1 tbsp of your fave salsa
1 tbsp of sourcream
Eat, MmM, MmM; YumM.... :D

of course it depends upon what you have to hand but how about scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on a crumpet or in a croissant.

add a few chives cut up with scissors for a bit or a difference too

chapatti salad cheese or chicken or both mix with mayo roll and cut in half GREAT

Baguette with Feta-Cream maybe?
You put Feta cheese, Olives, Peppers, chopped Tomatoes and if wnted Garlic into a bowl or Oven Dish, sprinkle dried Oregano and a little Olive Oil over it and stir.
You can now either put it into the Oven for about 15-20mins which makes it a bit crumblier or just stick it in a bowl into the Microwave, for about 5-7 Minutes, stir several times. It is more like a paste coming out of the microwave though. Have it with Baguette or Pita or as a creamy sauce with Spaghetti.

Or Spaghetti with garlic, Oliveoil, Tomatos and Basil?
Boil the Spaghetti.
Meanwhile Chop Garlic and Tomatos as well as the Basil. Heat it in a pot with lots of oil. Add pepper and salt.
Place the spaghetti on a plate and dribble about 2 tablespoons of sauce on top and serve with grated Parmesan if wanted.
You can spicen this up if you cut some fresh Chilli into the sauce.

Quesadillas?
Take some Tortillas, put Grated cheese in the middle and fold them. Put them under the grill. Serve with Salad.

Chicken Kieves with Salad?

now I am running out of ideas : )

Baked Beans on Toast.
Pour the contents of a can into an m/w bowl and nuke on high power to 90 seconds and stir.
Continue for a further 90 seconds and let rest for a few minutes.
Diced Onion or/and Ham, some Chilli powder or Cayenne pepper could be added.
Serve on hot buttered toast.
Put a fried/poached egg on top.
A can of spaghetti would be a good substitute instead of beans.

Tuna and Sweetcorn baps:

1 small tin tuna
1/2 tin sweetcorn
1 spring onion,chopped
1 small sprinkle black pepper, to taste(optional)

Method:

Blend,or stir, all ingredients together, then serve on butterd baps, or try with baked potatoes.

Enjoy!

Pasta it's always perfect and rapid to prepare: just add tomato sauce and parmigiano...
