Adding shrimp to Jumbalaya... Need suggestions how to spice...?
Can anyone tell me how to make shrimp cajun spiced
before I add them to my cooking pot of jumbalaya?
I have raw uncooked shrimp, cold and I don't know how
to pre-season them, without cooking them.
And when do I add them to the jumbalaya?
Will they cook in the pot or do I need to pre cook the shrimp
at all?

Don't pre-cook them or they will be tough.
The shrimp will pick up some of the taste from the surroundings, but if you want to season them before you put them into the pot it wouldn't hurt anything. There are a lot of different kinds of cajun spice, Paul Prudhomme's and Emeril's being the most widely available. Simply pat the shrim pdry and sprinkle the seasoning on them.
When I cook Jambalaya I always add the shrimp 10 minutes or so before I expect the recipe to be done. The only disadvantages to adding them earlier is they will not be as flavorful and will be tough.
Reggae sauce - Sainsbury's
I use Tony Chachere's seasoning on the shrimp (and in the jambalaya). You'll find that is has real Creole flavor and you can find it readily in you grocer's spice aisle.
I asked a chef on this one..
He said that chilly based seasoning would go best with shrimp.
Simply sprinkle the spice (seasoning) on the defrosted shrimp, stir through and add to cooking Jambalaya.
Shrimp cooks fast so do not over cook. They will go tough.
Defrosting shrimp: Simply hold frozen shrimp under cold running water for a few minutes.

I use a marinade sauce called Allegro (creole flavor). This is good to use in any Cajun dish. I add it to the Jambalaya before the rice cooks so it will absorb into the rice.
