Because when the hen produced the egg the hormonal level of the hen was to high at that point so that why the egg sometimes has 2 yolks, I know it occurs on rare occasions but the fact is that it happen!

An egg is a reproductive cell (yes, as single cell, albeit a BIG one). Sometimes, two cells end up in the same shell; the whites merge, but the membrane around the yolks keep them from merging, so you see two distinct yolks in one unusually large egg.

I noticed this too. I "guess" it's because of genetic engineering :D boooo!
