Frozen fruit is way better than fresh fruit for smoothies, get some bags of raspberries and blueberries and stuff, maybe add some protein powder too.

well 1 of my favorites is a peach, banana, mango n ice smoothies. All u do is freeze the bananas the night befor then throw it all in a blender, but make sure the mangos n other things r cut off the seed in the middle.

"Berry Good" Smoothie:

5 min 5 min prep
2 servings

1 1/2 cups apple juice, chilled
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
1/4 cup blackberries, frozen
1/4 cup blueberries, frozen

1. Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Simple is good. Personal favorite:

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup apple juice

You can use fresh fruit, too. Just add a cup or two of ice to the blender.

Then rinse your mouth out with water, or you'll be the girl with the nasty blueberry teeth (it isn't pretty... hehe :) )
