Question:

How long do I bake two cake mixes in a 13 x 9 pan???

Do I use the same amount of ingredients that it says on the box?

Answers:
About 30 - 40 minutes.

you can't bake them both together in that pan. it's gonna overflow then fall. use two of those pans .

I've never put two cake mixes in a 13x9. One cake mix alone comes near the top after it rises. I think it would rise up over the pan and make a mess of the oven. You might want to make two seperate cakes and then stack them together.

You cannot put two mixes in one pan. You can mix the two cake mixes together in a bowl and then devide it into two pans. I think it's a neat idea for partys or such, and stack them and decorate. That would be enough cake for a large party!

You'll need two pans that size. The standard mix just fills one 9 X 13 pan. Bake 'em according to the directions on the back of the box.
If you are thinking of combining two mixes, you'll need to get a half sheet pan to hold that much batter. I do that every three weeks to bake a carrot cake to take to sell at my Legion post's weekly Bingo night. All I do is double the amount of water, oil and eggs. When the mix is blended in, I pour it into the sheet pan that I've used a non-stick spray on (like Pam, for instance) and then bake it in the preheated oven at 350 degrees for thirty-five minutes. Comes out perfect! Let it cool before ya frost it...
