How do you make really good sushi?!

Question:

How do you make really good sushi?

It costs a bomb from the shops but I eat a lot of it.

Answers:
for sure u need this ingredients. Sushi(japanese) rice, rice vinegar (or you can buy the powder one specially for sushi), seaweed, japanese/sushi mayonaise. then make sure you have ur wood roller.

ok, fo the filling its up to u. california roll normally put crab stick, avocado, cucumber and carrot. or you can make ur own with sizzling/stirfried beef/pork/chicken or even deep fried them. or u can put smoked salmon as well.

then make sure that the water content for the sushi rice is ok. then after it cooked, let it cool fo a while. maybe about 15minutes after cooked. then you pour some rice vinegar/powder and based on the acidity you want. i found out that the higher acidity you have in there, the taste is better. after that you can prepare to roll it with your meat/vegies ings.

remember to face the rough side towards you.. on that rough side, you spread some rice (not too thick) then spread some mayoinase. then put filling as you want then just roll it..

if you dun wanna use seaweed, you can use plastic wrap as a base for the rice. after you roll it alr, then u cut it then roll it over on the fish eggs. sure yummy...

then u ready to njoy it with soy sce or chilli sce...

GBU

You kinda just wrap up whatever you want in rice and seaweed, and presto!
