Cooking and freezing meals for an entire week?!

Question:

Cooking and freezing meals for an entire week?

What types of low-cal recipes can be made like this? As a busy college student, I'm considering this...I aim for 1200-1600 calories/day...

hopefully you can get some ideas here.

Shepherd's pie is a good one and it freezes well.
Boneless skinless chicken breast on a bed of steamed rice and covered in low fat cream of mushroom soup with a bit of paprika and salt/pepper.
Tuna noodle casserole (the creamy broccoli one from tuna helper is good, just substitute with non fat milk and margarine)

hmmm.. that's all I can think of for now.

Good idea :)

You can do this with anything you can cook. Then just divide the food up accordingly, high caloric content small serving... When I went to college I made bug meals on the weekend and used the seal a meal to package individual meals. It is great because it is a lot harder to make small meals and once you have made and packaged enough meals you have lots of choices in the freezer. Have friends over, no problem, food is in the freezer ready to go...
