Has any one ever found a recipe for muffin bottom pie?!

Question:

Has any one ever found a recipe for muffin bottom pie?

realy i want to know. it sounds good and i was hoping i could make it for my parents when they come to visit

Answers:
That's just some crap the writers of "The Gilmore Girls" put into the show and it was dumb. There's no such thing unless some cook decides to invent one based on all the inquiries for it.

Have you tried this website?

Worth a shot. I get all of my recipies from there, it's a great site!

Never heard of it, but do a search on Recipes.com.

something like this?

BLACK BOTTOM PIE MUFFINS

8 oz. cream cheese
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

CAKE MIXTURE:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream first 4 ingredients. Then add chips and set aside for filling. In another bowl, mix cake mixture. Mix all ingredients well. Fill 18 large or 36 small muffin lined pans, with chocolate batter, fill 1/2 full. Then top each with heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

You'd have to email the people who broadcast Gilmore Girls. That thing between Lorelei and Sookie may have just been a joke?
