ok perfume making factory, who exactly came up with this theory, Mcdonalds has many locations that make these patties, in fact I have tasted Mc donalds in other coutries and they all taste the same even though the meat is obtained locally in these countires so there must be something in the cooking or n ingrediant that give it that taste

Macdonalds beef patties are full of different cuts of meat and animal intestines, so regardless of what you do, it will be hard to get the same taste.

Try adding to 500 grams of beef mince: 1 tsp of grinded Coriander, 1 finely chopped Garlic piece, 1/2 Onion, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Barbecue Spice and to bind the recipe soak one piece of white bread in a bit of milk and then mush to pieces and mix it in.

They don't make them. They come packaged.

They are frozen patties, they are no spices added to the beef.

They are made of broken promises and puppy dog tears.

Don't buy the crap. Make home-made burger patties. If you want a spice ... a teaspoon of Chesapeake Bay or Old Bay really lifts the ground beef from bland.

They buy them frozen. Sometimes they'll sprinkle pepper/garlic on the burgers after cooking.

You're actually trying to make home-made burgers tasteless? I really HAVE heard it all!

actually the flavor doesn't come from the beef at ALL.
research has been done that about all of the flavor comes from chemicals which are produced NEAR a perfume making factory. so these flavors are pretty much injected into the processed meat, and when it cooks, these chemicals spread the distinct flavor. the same goes for the fries(which are, in fact, flavored with beef torque). so yeah, unless you can get tabs with these factories that produce the chemicals (which can't be healthy anyways), there isn't a real way to do it.
