How do you remove greaseproof paper baked onto cakes?!

Question:

How do you remove greaseproof paper baked onto cakes?

Although lining baking tins with greaseproof paper prevents the baked goods sticking to the tin... it does however bake onto the goods themselves - how do you get it off?

Answers:
i would advise not to use greaseproof paper, but to use a product called bakolight or similar. Its reusable by just washing under the hot tap and your cakes will never stick to it.

Don't know about getting it off without actually pulling at it ., but to help prevent it happening, use a light oil spray . you can get 1% or less fat ones in your supermarket.

Forget about sprays, they're weak!
Get a small piece of margarine and rub it nicely, then apply some flour.
Nothing sticks on that!

if it's anything like my baking an angle-grinder should do it...........or try a little fat/margerine
