Homemade Chocolate Milk

Ingredients:
8 ounces skim milk
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup (Hershey's is best)
Canned whipped cream
Chocolate sprinkles
English toffee, chopped in tiny pieces (Heath Bar)

Steps:
1. Mix milk and syrup in a glass.

2. Stir in toffee.

3. Top with a generous amount of whipped cream.

4. Sprinkle jimmies on top.

It is not easy. Finding the rare chocolate cow is more skill than luck. If I were you I would begin my search in Europe.

Well you can use the packets or

melting a lot of chocolate then combinding with milk is a very rich way but is good once in a while otherwise go with the packets that you just put hot water in.

you can add milk. one teaspoon of hersheys baking powder and two or three teaspons of sugar or splenda. mix with a spoon / quite a bit as the hershes clumps. you can also buy one can of hersheys chocolate syrup and then just add that into the mix. there are also mixes such as nestle quick ... it's just not as good to me as the home stuff. if you have an oberweis dairy ... they sell it and it's the best!
