How do they make Cadbury's Caramel chocolate bar?

Caramel Chocolate Bar

Ingredients:
2 cups flour, all-purpose
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup pecan halves
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Steps:
1. Beat first three ingredients in mixer.

2. Press on bottom of an 13x9 inch pan.

3. Place pecans over crust.

4. Set aside.

5. In saucepan combine 2/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar.

6. Add sugar.

7. Cook over med heat, stir constantly.

8. When it reaches boiling point, boil and stir for one minute longer.

9. Pour evenly over pecans and crust.

10. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes at 350 degrees until caramel layer is bubbly.

11. Remove and sprinkle with chips.

12. When slightly melted, spread chips with knife.

13. Cool and cut into bars.

with salmonella....

They will make two halves in a mold and then pour the caramel into the bumpy shell side (!) then stick the flat bottom bit onto it! Quite simple really - just chocolate and caramel!
