Answers:
Garlic and everything

Scrambled eggs, with a little basil and dill seasoning added

BASIL AND TOMATOS, GINGER AND PEACHES, POTATOS AND CHIVES,CHERVIL AND CHEESE,CILANTRO AND FISH , DILL AND CUCUMBER,RECAO AND BEANS, MINT AND GREENS,ROSEMARY AND ORZO,CINNAMON AND HOT CHOCOLATE,OR LENTIL SOUP.NAMASTE

Fresh ginger and carrot and garlic, garlic, garlic!

Rosemary and garlic go equally well with pork or steak.
I always use thyme when I cook with chicken.
Sage goes well with chicken or pork.
Tarragon goes well with mustard as a glaze for pork or chicken. It also goes well with any egg dish.
Basil is what I prefer with tomatoes, along with parsley.
Potatoes I like best with herbes de provence. That's what I use mostly, because it seems to go with everything.
